One gravity hungry block of wood. I just went at it with the bench grinder and finished it with some old spray paint I had. I even had a can of enamel. I'm hooked now.
Google doesn't remember the password to my daughter's blog right now so I'll post it here. Isn't Awana grand Prix time fun? I was dreading all the time I was going to have to come up with to get a car made but it wasn't so bad afterall.
Now I have to make another one and try and get her to let me race this one in the leaders race. Otherwise I might be racing the prettiest little girly looking car in the group.

Great looking car Todd! We still have my husband's derby car from when he was a kid.
Well It may be a good model for her and now next year she'll be prepared to make one herself.
